RESTORATIVE JUSTICE AND INTIMATE PARTNER VIOLENCE

Michelle is a graduate student in the Professional Certificate in Restorative Justice program at Vermont Law and Graduate School.  They drafted the paper below as a part of an introductory course, proposing best practices for applying restorative justice principles to address intimate partner violence outside of the criminal legal system.
